The registration form has been divided into four section to reflect the different types of competitions during the day that require separate numbers for competitors.

Child Protection Policies require Dancesport Scotland to obtain parent/guardian consent for all children who take part in competitions organised by Dancesport Scotland. To satisfy this requirement, please download, complete and return the below Child Protection Consent Form to Dancesport Scotland by email.
In light of the GDPR regulations that came into effect in May 2018, Dancesport Scotland require consent from all competitors to take and publish photographs of prize giving line-ups. We will only use these photographs to publish on our website and social media platforms. To satisfy this requirement, please download, complete and return the below Photography Consent Form to Dancesport Scotland by email. A parent/guardian will need to complete the form on behalf of any competitor(s) under the age of 18.
Consent forms that are completed and signed can be returned to Dancesport Scotland by email or can be handed to a committee member on the day of the competition.
